What information do we collect?
To effectively trade as PDK Security we use data for Quotations, Invoicing and Intruder Alarm System SSAIB documentation – and to provide appropriate safeguards to homeowners and Business’s – PDK Security will use the SSAIB cloud and the certificate includes details of your name and address. We will hold this information to enable PDK Security and the SSAIB to comply with statutory obligations and to pursue our legitimate interests for the purposes set out in the section below.

Our business enters a joint venture with – or is sold to or merged with – another business.   • Our Alarm Receiving Centre
  • Service Providers, who help manage our IT and back office systems

We store all of your personal details on a secure server within the European Economic Area.We will take technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in Section 2 of this Policy. We may also retain your personal data for longer periods of time so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any further assistance required, complaints or challenges.Where your personal data is no longer required we will ensure it is either securely deleted/destroyed or stored in a way which means it will no longer be used by the business.
